Autonomous Multirotor Drone

I designed and assembled the avionics system, integrated the Navio 2 flight controller as a HAT on Raspberry Pi, established telemetry and GPS communication and enabled autonomous flight.
I performed motor selection and the thrust and endurance calculations that drove ESC and battery selection, designed the payload mechanism and developed mission-specific image processing in Python.
The direct ancestor of the SUAS work: same airframe class, same problem family, four years earlier. This is where flight hardware first met my image processing code.
